Fold Rush ("the Game") is a game for iPhone and iPad developed by Harjot Singh Panesar ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what the Game does and does not do with information about you.

None. Fold Rush does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal information or usage data.

  • It does not ask for a name, email address, phone number or any account.
  • It contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking software of its own.
  • It has no online features: no online play, no leaderboards and no ads, and it does not send anything over the internet.

3. What Stays on Your Device

The Game saves only what it needs to carry on where you left off: your points, the cars, robots and jets you own and their paints, your missions, daily run and best distances, and your settings. This save is kept in the Game's own storage on your iPhone or iPad, is never sent to us or to anyone else, and is removed when you delete the Game. If you back up your device, your backup (which Apple handles) may include it.

4. Apple

Fold Rush is distributed through the App Store. Purchases, downloads and updates are handled by Apple under your App Store account. If you have chosen in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may pass us anonymous crash reports; Apple's handling of that information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

We have no data about you to sell, rent, trade or share, and we do not.

6. Children's Privacy

Fold Rush collects no information from anyone, of any age, including children.

7. Your Rights

Because the Game holds no information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can remove everything the Game has stored on your device by deleting the Game.
